Am I a member of the UMLA?
If you are a mortgage originator and you haven’t completed an application, indicating that you have read and will abide by the UMLA Code of Ethics, and paid your membership dues you are likely not a member of the association.

If you are not a mortgage originator then you are a member if your company has joined. If your company has not joined, then you can complete the application and join for everyone in your company, including yourself.

How do I become a member of the UMLA?
In order to become a member, please download an application from the website. Send it in with your payment or fax it in with credit card information.
How much should I pay in dues?
UMLA dues are $100.00/year for each mortgage originator that joins. And $450/year for each affiliate company membership.

Additionally, we will add anyone to our email list that wishes to receive our email. We send email about recent news, UMLA events and UMLA lobbying efforts.

Membership is for 1 year beginning from the date you join.
